In my opinion, they should have made it a priority to find her wend she said the water was up to her Mickey mouse trapped shirt. The operator was cold abrasive and lacked compassion. I guess she told her off. How very sad to think of this frightened, desperate lady had to be confronted by someone with no compassion. This is awful. How can one human being treat another in such an uncaring manner? The lady was begging for help, fearing for her life. The dispatcher told her to “shut up” and ridiculed her. I hope the dispatcher hears that pleading voice forever.
